Don’t worry, be happy!

Dear readers,

I have taken on a new motto, from one of my (new) favourite songs.

"In life you’re going to find some trouble, when you worry, you’re going to make it double. Don’t worry. Be happy."

Note. I did indeed break my Lenten promise last night, and guzzled forbidden chocolate. It tasted five times sweeter than normal, and I have absolutely no regret in eating them. I slipped a few extra dollars into my Project Compassion box to compensate, but now that the packet’s open, I’m sure that I won’t be able to resist the occassional indulgence.

Life is looking much sweeter (chocolate, get it?) right about now. Sure, I have a few more hours of practice to squeeze in. Sure, I have a debating speech to write, due tomorrow night (7-8 minutes). Sure, I have Economics, I nearly failed my English essay (54%- shouldn’t have written it on my own story) and I’m completely lost in cubic functions, but hey. Don’t worry, be happy!

Oooooooooooo, oo oo oo oo oo-oo-ooo, oo oo oo oo oo-oo-ooo… Don’t worry, be happy.
